Topic 1: Exploring a Volunteer Incentive System Leveraging Blockchain Technologies

Decentralized Tokenized Governance and Decentralized Semi-Anonymous Reputation.

Topic 2: The role of DNS in IT Security

This is a moderately technical talk about how UNBC has begun to implement DNS logging and then correlating those logs with threat data feeds in order to find computers on the network that exhibit evidence of having been compromised or users who have been clicking on phishing links, based on their DNS lookups.
